STATION BREAK SUPPORT
Access help.
Asked to sign in again?
Sign-in lasts up to 30 days in the app or browser where you enter the email code or confirm the sign-in link, unless you sign out or access is revoked. Open Station Break there. Private browsing, clearing browser data or blocking cookies can prevent sign-in from being remembered.
If your email opens in a different browser, return to the installed Station Break app and enter the 8-digit code from the email there. Each app or browser needs its own sign-in. Only enter a code if you requested it. Keep codes and sign-in links private; never share them.
Sign-in could not be verified?
If you used the sign-in link, use “Check sign-in again” on the confirmation page first. This checks the browser’s session without using the link again. If the service is unavailable, wait and retry. If sign-in still cannot be verified, allow cookies for Station Break and request a fresh sign-in email in the app or browser you want to use. A session check alone cannot confirm an account change after an interrupted confirmation.
No sign-in email?
Check your address and spam folder. Allow a few minutes before requesting another email. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. A request confirmation does not guarantee delivery.
Expired code or link, or wrong address?
The code and link expire after 15 minutes and work once. Using either one uses up both. Request a new sign-in email if they expire or have already been used. To change accounts, sign out on the access page, then request a sign-in email for the other address.
Contact support
Email hello@stationbreak.live from the address you use for access. Describe the problem; never send a sign-in code, link or token.
Request account deletion
Email hello@stationbreak.live from your account address with the subject “Station Break account deletion.” Support will verify ownership and explain the next steps. This page does not automatically delete an account.
Support email opens your email app and sends a message only when you send it there. Privacy
